Recovery of the Heart

Recovery from loss through the death of a loved one is a circumstance that can take years to experience. Too often those suffering try to "go it alone"- thinking others don't understand or are not interested in their pain. The death of a loved one is something that we don't get over, but we can get beyond it.

Many times, the support of others can give us the strength we need to get through those days, months, and sometimes years, following the death of our loved one. With that in mind, Westwood has formed a grief support group called..."Recovery of the Heart."

Are you or anyone you love experiencing any of these emotional hills and valleys?

Denial
Guilt
Depression
Loneliness
Anger

We are here to help you!
The support of others is vital to the healing process.
