Our youth group is focused on
3 main things:
Knowing, Growing, and Going.
It is our hope to lead students to know Christ as their savior,
to grow in faith and relationship with Him through Bible study and serving the local community,
and to equip them to go, make disciples, and live out their faith wherever they may be.

Leadership
Andrew Slay
Assistant Pastor - Middle & High School Students
Andrew serves as the minister of students and as a pastoral associate. Andrew is a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, he earned his bachelor's degree in RTVF and a master's degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University. Andrew is passionate about discipleship, biblical fellowship, evangelism, and world missions seeking to help spur the body of Christ to walk in obedience to Jesus' command to fulfill the Great Commission. He and his wife, Ashley, have been members at Westwood since 2019 and have two children, Graysen Elyse, and Emersyn Leigh.
